Development of e-Learning module for training the nurses on Midwifery

e Learning module for training the nurses on Midwifery faculty/clinical nurses and midwives in India has been developed by us using HTML5 for User Interface connected to a SQL database to keep track of the trainees and their pre-test and post test scores. The training module consists of 3 modules consisting of around 350 screens. This online course is offered to build the capacity of midwifery faculty in training midwifery students to become safe and competent midwives educated as per Indian and international standards. The aim of this training program is to update and sharpen the midwifery competencies of midwifery faculty to enable them to effectively train the students in midwifery during their BSc/Diploma nursing course.
