Skill development
Launched by Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi on 15 July 2015, SKILL INDIA MISSION aims to train over 40 crore people in India in different skills by 2022. The mission aims at vocational training and certification of Indian youth for a better livelihood and respect in the society
Innabrum focuses on implementation of skill development programs funded by Central/State Government departments and Corporates across country. We work closely with NSDC, various SSCs, State Skill Development Missions & Departments apart from Corporates and NGOs.
Innabrum enables social impact through skilling initiatives such as setting up skilling / livelihood centers, offering training in multiple trades/ Job Roles aligned to NSQF.
Short Term Training
- We identify the skilled manpower needs and aspiration of local youth and set up Skilling centers accordingly.
- Sector specific trainers deliver training.
- Mobilization of right student for the a specific trade or Job Role.
- Students trained on Theory and Practical for hands-on skills.
- Certification & Employment of the students.
Re-skilling/Up-skilling/ RPL
- We provide re-skilling program to the existing workforce in organized and unorganized sectors and provides formal certification.
- Training is provided on-site of the employer.
- Certified Trainers are deployed.
- Certification of candidates.
- Measurable outcomes are ensured.
On-the-Job Training/ Skilling
- We provide Training to Client Employees and beneficiaries on the M&E, MIS, e-Learning platforms developed by us so that the systems developed can be utilized by them.
- We also provide Teams managed by us during hand-holding period who in-turn train Clients’ in-house manpower in a Build-Own-Operate-Transfer model.
