The aim of the Program is to strengthen human and institutional capacities of the national health system to enable an accelerated implementation of the NACP III.
More than 90,000 nurses have been trained during the course of this project and the complete data pertaining to their Registration, Pre Test, Post Test and Feedback has been entered using the Web based MIS system.
Capacity building has been undertaken in more than 55 Nursing Institutes across the country under this project, with major emphasis on infrastructure and manpower development.
