MAMTA is implementing a project on Adolescent Health and Nutrition for the adolescent population in three districts of Uttar Pradesh. Under this project, Innabrum developed a mobile-based application for job-aid of adolescent Peer-Mentors to impart information and education on health and nutrition issues among peer groups between 10-19 years.
45 peer mentors were trained and skilled in Android app usage and on Adolescent Health and Nutrition by our team.
This is a pilot project and its effectiveness has been tested till July 2018. It has been a successful model and is expected to be proposed for a scale-up on a Pan India basis.
The content of the app is based on the Rashtriya Kishore Swasthiya Karyakam Peer Education module developed by MoHFW, Govt. of India.
